Zhang is FAR better. The best version of Zhang would destroy the best version of Ortiz

His only weakness is his 6-round gas tank, he's incapable of getting a knockout in the 2nd half of the fight and he tends to gas badly, or slow his pace to a crawl to avoid gassing out which loses him rounds.

Then why doesn't he have any good wins?

Ortiz was 38 years old against Wilder in their FIRST fight and scores of fans PRAISE that win, but those same "fans" completely discredit Parker for shutting out 38yr old Wilder.

Fair weather fans. Cant stand 'em

This is like saying who's better: Oleksandr Usyk or Artur Szpilka?

But that's an unanswerable question now isn't it? Because he does. Although Zhang without power, who with any confidence would you pick him to beat, excluding tin can record padders? Which I should have included, but I figured people would get the point. He's an easy to outbox 6 round fighter, who if he didn't have cinderblocks for hands as a deterrent, would be comprehensively outworked in the first 6 rounds as well.

    No, he is not.
If he was they wouldn't allow Wilder any where near him.

Ortiz was ring top 10 ranked fighter for about 8 years…Zhang not finished yet.

In boxing, everyone only thinks of the present.

Seriously, what's wrong with all of you? Why are you all having such an issue separating skills from power? Wilder was always at a skills deficit, and was comprehensively outboxed in almost every important match he'd had up to that point, so facing the more skilled fighter was nothing new, but Haymon knew he had the power to bail himself out of sticky situations. So it was well worth the gamble.

Ortiz's chin is his biggest determent, but without being dropped thrice, he would have certainly outpoint Andy Ruiz Jr. He dominated Jennings, Scott, Thompson, Allen, Hammer and Kaufman. If he can avoid being dropped or KO'd, he outboxes his opponents with ease. Whereas with Zhang, if his opponents can avoid being dropped or KO'd, they outbox him with relative ease. Sure, being outboxed by Parker isn't a big deal, but being outboxed by Jerry Forrest is, and while he arguably nicked the Hrgovic match with the knockdown, he was being schooled by Filip in several of the later rounds, and would have lost several more, if he hadn't managed to clip and rock him once in a few other rounds. Which was usually the only success he'd have in those particular rounds. Zhang is a southpaw Jermell Charlo. Luis Ortiz is a southpaw Tony Harrison.

Is that why he loses almost every round he isn't dropping someone in?
