    But that doesn't explain the interview he did where he claimed that he had fought Pernell and that he defeated Pernell via SD.

    Very obviously not. They've obviously mixed him and a Luis Ortiz who fought in the 80s up.

    Hence the massive gap between amateurs fights which coincides with Ortiz's REAL age of 38.
