    He stated his innocence once again in the Jennings post fight interview, he is a proud, honest guy working hard to give his family (and sick daughter) a better life. Give this great man the respect he deserves.

    As long as he was tested for the Jennings fight and came up clean that's all that counts .

    He is just as clean as Klitschko, Mayweather, Holyfield, Hopkins etc. are. Doesn't make him anything less of a fighter.And he's had much better juice than Odlianer Solis, for a boxer, anyways.

    No it isn't, he cheated in an already dangerous combat sport.

    He's dirty, he broke the #1 sporting rule on performance enhancing drugs.

    No he isn't, those in bold have never had any issues. Ortiz is a proven drug cheat.

    He would be risking his career and would be the stupidest boxer on earth if he gets popped again..He also was under Vada testing I'm sure they did more stringent testing since he failed before .

    But since your worried here is the article they both submitted to random drug testing through Vada the only legit testing organization.

    athletes get caught when unknowing to them they take a drug off the black market that is labelled as being something..but in fact is actually something else......

    The fight he was declared to be a cheat was in Vegas. As we have witnessed in the Mayweather scandal, whom USADA and NSAC labels a cheat in Vegas strictly depends on how much they are paid. So Ortiz simply couldn't afford to bribe his way out. He would be an idiot not to roid himself to teeth there since there is no authority overseeing these matters in that state.
