Luis Ortiz is a more dangerous and complete fighter than Joseph Parker. Let's be honest.

I’ll have the breaded garlic mushrooms to start, hunters chicken for mains and chocolate fondant with raspberry coulee for dessert

Could I finish off with a cappuccino as most of Deontay's resume couldn't knock the froth off one? :deal:

I think Ortiz is better technically and certainly has more power. But what Parker does have is a better tank, which is a very useful thing against AJ

Parker vs Ortiz would be a great fight. I'd love to see it.

I rate Parker, Pulev, Ortiz and Povetkin about the same. But Ortiz doesnt have the stamina.

So, behind the title, it’s just another Wilder vs Joshua thread.

Ok, what are you basing Ortiz being better than Parker on, other than it suits the narrative that Wilder is better, and takes more dangerous fights than Joshua?

Keep in mind as well that if Joshua is successful, his next fight is going to be Povetkin it seems.

I’m sorry, I like Wilder, but some of his fans tend to make it difficult to express that. I mean, I’ve heard some claiming Ortiz was more dangerous than Wlad! Come on, let’s talk sensibly.

    Yep.

When boxing skills are measured in dollars and cents there's no point in even talking to these freaks. They're a new breed of boxing fan, much like the old breed their brains are shut off, but what's worse is they are more socially driven than sports driven.

It's rather a lot like a political party fan.

Best thing for the division would be for AJ to beat Parker, then AJ to fight Wilder and Ortiz to fight Parker next. Would clear up a whole lot

Ortiz IS #3 in HWD after AJ and Wilder. Ortiz is a world class boxer despite being 38yrs old he will beat the **** out of any other HW out there. Probably Povetkin will be a tough matchup but still i think Ortiz would defeat him too. Let us not talk about bums like Whyte or Breazeale. I am really excited if he will continue his career after the Wilder loss or retire. Would love to see him again in the ring. Great fighter, joy to watch.

Was Ortiz a victim of being ducked by top contenders from say..2013 on?

I admit I had to boxrec him. Seems he averaged 3 fights a year? Was there a reason for that?
2011-2012 he fought regularly. By 2013 less than 2 or 3 fights a year?

Parker has a **** gas tank, which is why he could not bang out his recent opponents Taking every other round off, not fighting hard for the full round and a limited punch output trying to avoid completely gasing isnt having a great gas tank. So stop making **** up.

How come nobody is touching the facts the OP is talking about? Eddie Hearn is lying about Parker being a dangerous fight.

Ortiz is a very well schooled fighter. Sound technique, good counter puncher, big puncher and not that easy to hit.

Parker does hold some advantages though. He's faster, more agile, younger and fresher.

He was heavily ducked, from AJ and most because of his skills and power. Only Wilder stepped up.
