Based on what was submitted to the commission Ortiz was paid only $500K for the Wilder fight which is actually a good payday for a Wilder defence.

According to the "Scene" Hearn offered Ortiz $5 million, so according to Ortiz's team 10 times his highest ever payday is a low ball offer.

Also Ortiz apparently wanted $10 mill for the Joshua fight, so he was asking for 20 times his best payday to fight Joshua. Suffice to say he priced himself out of the fight.

Yeah, How does $5 mil rank in Ortiz's paydays? I imagine it would be more than he'd ever got for a fight.

No you clearly are dizzy. Fewer would go to the west coast but again you seem to be ignoring the fact that Wilder is American, Wilder is 'superstar' and if the hype is real his cheaper tickets fight v Breazeale in the same city should have sold easily.

The article says Hearn is expected to make a counter offer. He needs to produce a contract.

Okay so absolutely no remorse for Ortiz, that is blatant duck.
And to be fair this is really a high, high offer from Hearn.

It won't be $10 mil. Ortiz needs to grow a pair.

No, but if they’re posturing to get Miller’s terms, team Ortiz comes out looking good.

Deontay Wilder has never fought in New York City. And he's never fought in Madison Square Garden. And you can go to Ticketmaster now and buy any floor or riser seat you like for the Joshua fight. Hearn "announced" a sellout then threw all the tickets online. They're going to paper the house.

You haven't been accurate about anything in this thread.

Wilder has fought 3 times at Barclay centre already.

Already been reported by numerous sources that AJ has sold 17000 tickets already at MSG.

I hope you're right and this is just a negotiation tactic and he gets the $6 mill Miller was getting and the fight is made. But if he does genuinely want more then he's pricing himself out pure and simple, getting any more than $6 mill means Joshua has to take a pay cut, which lets be real here Joshua isn't going to reduce his purse to get Ortiz, he'll just pay Ruiz Jr or Hunter $2-3 mill and take his bigger payday.

Ortiz can play hard ball to a certain extent as Joshua needs an opponent on relatively short notice but if he over plays his hand he's screwing himself out of the biggest payday he'll likely ever make.

Brooklyn and New York City aren't the same. In fact, the people who live there would consider it an insult you confused the two. And you can go to ticketmaster or stubhub and select anywhere on the floor or risers where you'd like to sit for Joshua vs. TBA. Stub Hub has more tickets available in more sections than Ticketmaster.

Here's a stubhub link. The ticket master link is above.

Lots and lots of seats left for the SELLOUT.

Wilder v Brezeale is in NYC. Do try keeping up.

To try and claim brooklyn isn't New York is laughable.

Hearn never once announced a sell out. He was asked how many was sold and said 17k.

Now for balance why not go in ticket master and see how many tickets remain for Wilder v Brezeale at the barclays centre and then talk about papering an arena lol.

Everyone laugh at NoNeck trying to defend Ortiz, yesterday he was saying "don't estimate the numbers, we don't know what it is yet"

And today, we see it is 10x more than Ortiz highest pay day, a man on his way out of the sport and into the retirement home.

    NoNeck must work for PBC
