@Dubblechin I hope that above quote is not true because we know what that is right? If you did claim that Hearn was offering less than 500k then it means you would lie to yourself to make a point.

Come on man, don't lower yourself to being deluded. You're better than that. If the above quote is wrong then I apologise.

The only person who's deluded is the person who posted that bull.

And I've said countless times Ortiz should take the fight.

    Fair enough.

Anway, I heard Eddie Hearn is set to reveal communications between him and Team Ortiz. Apparently an offer of more than five million was made and Team Ortiz turned it down. We'll see soon.

I think in my very first post on this topic after Miller tested positive, in response to a comment someone posted about the list of possible opponents and Ortiz being in a position of power, I said Ortiz wasn't in a position of power and he should take whatever the offer was.

I wanted Hearn to sign either Usyk or Whyte as a replacement. I rambled about that for days. Seemed like the perfect opportunity for Hearn to make Joshua and Usyk in a big event in front of the entire US and break them both in America. I think that would be a classic fight.

When it was clear Hearn had no interest in making Usyk or Whyte, and people said he offered the fight to Ortiz, I said Hearn shouldn't offer Ortiz less than Miller or more, he should just pay Ortiz what he was going to pay Miller and make the fight.

    Don't dick around.

If Ortiz turned down what Hearn was going to offer Miller, that's on Ortiz. Not Hearn.

But I go back to the point that Hearn has two of the top fighters in his own company (in Usyk and Whyte) ... and either of them against Joshua would've been the BIGGEST fight that could've been made on June 1 ... and yet he didn't appear to offer either the fight.

So we'll get Usyk slapping around Takam in an empty casino on May 25 and Joshua pummeling totally outclassed Andy Ruiz (who I have no interest in at all) or Usyk-victim Hunter a week later, when we could've had something GREAT.

    It's like -- JUST MAKE JOSHUA-USYK.

Let Hunter fight Takam. Forget Ruiz.

Usyk is a future mega fight , he has not even had a HW fight yet and again that is a European fight to be fought at Wembley not the US . Why is it Europeans duty to save the US from its own ineptitude of PED's , PBC ducking fraudsters who have no faith in themselves against AJ even on their own soil , GTFO Dubblechin with this nonsense . Kownacki refuses , Ortiz refuses and I bet you Ruiz refuses . Hunter is the only possible one and once this is all over the US is in an ever worse position than ever . This only proves to me the US is no longer the serious boxing nation it once was . It's really embarrassing for the US and this is due to Miller , Ortiz and Kownacki and the PBC . They really should hang their heads in shame . Hunter is the only American with heart and an Ameri-can attitude . MSG the home of US boxing graced by countless boxers throughout history with upsets , world moving boxing events and this is how American boxers treat their own turf ????

Yeah, I guess Joshua-Usyk (two undefeated, unified champs) in Madison Square Garden in New York City isn't "mega" enough. (That's sarcasm)

Usyk fighting in an empty casino May 25 and Joshua fighting an unranked late sub a week later is much better.

Dubblechin is full of **** here. Earlier in this very thread he was claiming Ortiz had been lowballed despite all the trash he's been talking of late about being desperate to fight Joshua and how it's not really about the money for him. He just wants to prove he's the beat.

In another thread he spat his dummy out when I said the heavyweight division were being babies compared with the UFC guys who would of been climbing over each other to get that large a payday alongside a title shot.

Your posts are here for all to see dummy.

I wouldn't recommend trawling through them to anyone though as think it'd be about as mentally engaging as an episode of Teen Mom.

@Dubblechin you seem like a decent poster at times but if you're deluded enough to think any Wilder fight ever has generated more revenue than any AJ fight in the last few years then as someone else alluded to you're only lying to yourself! The Joshua fight is on DAZN and sky sports PPV btw and will amass way more cash than Wilder v Brezealle which is free to watch bothin the UK and stateside. Big clue in Ortiz being offered 5 million to fight AJ in comparison to the 500k he received for fighting Wilder!
