Luis Ortiz signs with Matchroom Boxing

Sounds like Ortiz is as bright as Lurch from the Addams family.

 

He's desperate to get some paydays, and was probably sold on the idea of AJ-Ortiz being built up.

 

How is he exploiting him? He's only just signed with him.

 

The only thing that concerns me is Ortiz low ranking ranking of the IBF. Takam was in the top 6, but now that fight has fallen through. It looks like Ortiz will have to find someone else. If Hearns is using this to steer Ortiz away from Joshua though. It might be a waste of a couple of years for Ortiz fighting the likes of Price, Allen, and Whyte. Who in my opinion below the likes of Thompson, Jennings, Barret. etc. The UK might have some champions. But its still a small market. Has Eddie got a enough clout to make some fights with other eu fighters. Time will tell. And how the hell does David fricken Haye get to top 3in the IBF through fighting a bunch of bums. Lol.
