Breazeale-Aguilera and Luis Ortiz are going to be on FS1, in California, on Thursday April 3.

Cool. Not a terribly high skill level (Breazale vs. Aguilera, that is) but exactly the kind of heavyweight action that should be televised for the good of the sport.

Excited to see if Ortiz is going to step up, although on a month's notice it probably won't be anybody too special.

Luis Ortiz will be the Champion very soon, everyone has been ducking him for years!
Wlad better be moving and running from this man will be your demise soon. once ranked #1 then when Luis Ortiz gets Wlad in the ring for his beat down! wlad can not call the cops for his ass whopping!

    :good

I have actually thought and said for years now that of all the fat Cuban heavies (Solis, Gomez, Ortiz) it was Ortiz with the best chance to grab a belt...despite all the career stalling and the greater attention given the other two. (Gomez fit best at cruiser, and Solis it was obvious from the start was just never going to have the dedication to make good on his potential...)

Note I excluded Perez (not fat) - him vs. Ortiz could be very tasty, as long as they aren't too buddy-buddy to compete.

Breazeale is fun and aggressive I like him. Exciting heavyweights are rare now.

Yep, Ortiz will more than likely face another stiff pulled from the gutter. Ortiz feasts on worse bums than even Wilder, but at least he isn't being hyped as the so-called HW 'savior'.

This is not his fault, he would fight anybody they just put in front of him ... First nobody wants to fight him, secondly his Promotion is not interested in him, and currently Golden Boy is investing nill in him, there is not an Opponent still decided .... it is a pitty he would be in very good fights, which are lacking the heavies ...
