Should be PPV. Then the excuse for bad ratings would be the cost, as opposed to the tens of millions of people in the US watching college football games.

"Martin will beat Ortiz" is the new "Helenius will beat Duhaupas", "Adamek will beat Molina", "Wach will beat Szpilka", "Helenius will beat Washington" and "Ruiz will KO Arreola".

Martin stands 0 chance. He is a bum and nothing more. Ortiz is Parker tier and hits twice as hard, that should easily be enough to suffice

Ortiz 4th round KO

I'm not sure this fight would be the main event on ESPN.

I don't think Wilder's resume is on the line with Ortiz pushing 43 (officially that is)

If Ortiz will be in trouble Wilder will come out and hit Martin with a chair to save his resume.

Save his resume?

Wilder never lost to Ortiz. He fought him twice, dropped him four times and knocked him out twice.

Camacho and Norris beating Leonard didn't hurt Hagler ... and Hagler lost to Leonard.

I kind of hope Martin wins.

It would be funny if Wilder knocked out Ruiz and Martin in early 2022 and became the mandatory for both Usyk and Fury.

It would be even funnier if Wilder knocked out Ruiz, Martin and Usyk next year and picked up three belts.

Funnier still would be Ortiz beating Martin, Ruiz and then chinning AJ fresh off a hometown decision over Usyk in the rematch at 44+.

Decent heavyweight card: https://boxrec.com/en/event/843292

I hope we see more of these heavyweight events in 2022.

Yes, but more likely you'll be lucky to see him in a ring at all in 2022. And when you do it's more likely to be against Shawndell Terrell Winters or someone of that caliber.
I would love to be wrong about that though.
