Ortiz looked and fought like old Larry Holmes during his comeback on the USA Network back in the 90s.

Ortiz hit the wall tonight. His age and his 340 amateur fights caught up with him.

Dont understand what that ref did by giving scott 14 sec end then lifting him up? Did he hope this fight would get better? Should have stoped it and saved us from another 8 rounds

Ortiz couldn't knock out a spoiler. We learned something about him.

I think Eddie Hearn will be straight on the phone to Haye tomorrow... not to make a fight but to ask him to find Ortiz's next opponent...

Wilder's footwork is bad but he has quick feet and against punchers like Arreola and Stiverne he's shown he's happy to get on is bike for 12 rounds if needs be. I'd favour Wilder, Ortiz will struggle with the height, reach and movement.

Wouldn't of said this before the Scott fight but it's clear Ortiz has big holes in his game and style wise Wilder is a bad match up for him. Ortiz needs an opponent that will take it too him to look good like Jennings.

Sosa will deliver a jaw dropping KO of Smith tonight to erase the rancid taste out of our mouths.

Tony Bellew should have got in the ring afterwards and slapped Ortiz in the face through that bad performance. But being serious, the extra weight really did help Scott. And he's improved alot at surviving, than he has a few years ago.
