Lol, he's not injured, his hands are fine. It's a calcium deposit. Its always been on his left hand in the past as well, check out old photos. When you have such a deposit and bend your hand forward, simply looks more protruded.

 

Fake news.. People are posting older pics of him on other sites and the hand looks the same as it does now in older pics.. I’m reading all is good..

 

People can hide a lot of injuries. They check your hands thoroughly. If his hand is broken it’s out of his hands.

You are right. I just looked at the weigh in for the Malik Scott fight.

 

I have Ortiz by Ko too in 5/6 rounds. Hitting a punching bag for 30 years will give you a nice little calcium deposit. Like a cauliflower ear, might be a little annoying and slightly uncomfortable, but doesnt affect performance in ayway

 

I think it was Froch who said that he was usually at 70% for most of his fights. Or something like that.

Basically its impossible to be at peak physical prowess in boxing(or any other combat sport). There are always injuries.

no medical expert but a mate of mine had something that looked the exact same

it was a cyst
he had to wait awhile to get it treated
but he said they just drained it and gave him steroids to stop it coming back


said it looked ugly but never hurt

maybe thats the reason he never had it removed if it is a cyst as you have steroids to heal it ?

i am guesing there is other remedies besides steroids to make sure it does not get infected if you drain it.
