This guy just sucks. He was always a bad referee, ending fights early, no clue when to let fight and when to break up. But his performance in AJ vs Ruiz was on another level. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be a matter of criminal investigation. I thought the era of "ring bodyguards" was over after Kenny Bayless/Floyd but now we have a new one in Pabon. I think this was the most cringeworthy performance I've seen in boxing since Ola Afolabi took that dive in his last fight against that German guy.
Nah not even close Byrd's scorecard in the first Canelo GGG fight wasn't even trying to hide the corruption the fact that she wasn't sacked immediately is proof.
