I think he`d beat all of them, there was a ,lot of unskilled fighters back then, Cambell did better v Loma thanmost lightweights back then would have and he has power with decent reach.
Dear lord he'd be slaughtered, are you a sadist??? The 1919 division was incredibly strong, that competition combined with Campbell being forced to fight 10 times a year minimum? Id reckon he'd settle for a job pumping gas. Much safer than getting into the ring with Benny Leonard, Tendler, Dundee, and eventually he'd have to face Britton and Kid Lewis as everyone in those days did Very, very dangerous for Campbell
The deepest lightweight division in history Leonard ruled over. You have learned nothing in yr time here. Pathetic.
Once again I feel like you are being a little bit vague? Could you tell us what you really think in easy to understand verbiage?
8:34 pm. Somewhere in west central Ohio. Snow falling on the farm. Ground and roofs covered. MA is a moron. Tomorrow I will run the horses, **** the goat, assudinam the tobacco hanging in the barn and read a book. Breakfast: 4 eggs toast ghetta hashbrowns marmalade. And lard. A nice autumn day in God's country.
Thx. Hard work and sweat in your chosen field pays off. Tenacity. Let nothing stop you from your own valhalla.
Morlocks you are, as I like to say, a beast. Respect from me; that's the situation I'd work for. Reminds me of my old man.
Anyway, Campell would be hurt, if he could even make 133 - 135 pounds then. One of the deepest talent pools in the deepest division, and different rule sets at that. Campell would at least be a 147 then IMO.
'And pound for pound, who was better, Robinson or Benny Leonard? I hesitate to say either one, but Leonard's mental energy surpassed anyone else's.' Ray Arcel
One of my favourite posts on this forum, from @Unnecessarily Hostile. About Benny Leonard, from Arcel.
