I think I'm taking a different perspective on this one now. Before I was really struggling to pick a winner. Now I'm gonna say that Campbell edges him out on points. Mikey isn't the amazing boxer I thought he was able to be. He didn't and couldn't adapt to Spence at all. I would have expected him to win at least 2 or 3 rounds despite the size gap. But he didn't even show that. Luke was in a very tough period of his life when he fought Linares. One of his family had died a few days prior or whatever it was so I don't think it's fully fair to judge him by that. He was either weak in confidence or over eager to get a knockout. I think Luke can still show he is truly a great fighter and that was just an exceptional circumstance and that's why he lost. I think that other than Loma he is a solid second best in those divisions. He has a much stronger amateur record than Mikey. That is something I overlooked when viewing the Spence vs Garcia matchup. It was foolish of me to ignore it. I knew Spence was a decent amateur but nothing special, but never properly looked at Mikey's whatsoever. Because of that I feel like Campbell is for sure the more talented fighter. Campbell on points, 8-4.
