Does anyone else agree that luke campbell isn't fighting regularly enough, I know he's training in miami with rubio but 2 rounds against gary sykes since December doesn't seem enough to me at this stage of his career

I think he's made better progress than Stalker but he's stalling a bit since the loss.

He sadly has become lost in the Matchroom shuffle- he needs to get a shift on and fight for the European Title soon.

Felt this since he turned pro, I think he's another Gavin.

But on s much better level.

Great talent, but struggles with bigger stronger guys.

But he should be fighting more. June 25th would be a great opportunity for him.

He's 28. He could leave Hearn but who would promote him?

Great amateur but ****e pro, doesn't like it when it gets tough. Be surprised if he even got a British title

if a fighter excels in the amateur game like he did but is advanced in age it's always going to be unlikely that he makes it far in the pros. If he had honest people around him they should see he's maybe not the strongest of fighters and his style maybe won't be good for pro's.

You could argue they need to try and make the money but someone like Campbell with his marketability could of become a real household name if he had stayed amateur.

If he was amateur now and going for gold this year again he would be everywhere, they can make a lot of money from appearneces etc. Now if his pro career bombs he's going to disappear. Elite level amateurs need to take more consideration before turning over. Gavin prime example he was an outstanding amateur if he knuckled down he could of gone on to become Maybe the best this country had ever seen and again become a household name that way. Now he's a domestic level fighter at best.

Pluke is the new Frankie Gavin- people think he is better than he really is and every time he faces a top level opponent he will get pumped.

The hype around Campbell built for quite a while especially after the Coyle bout. That's the thing about hyped fighters, a loss comes when you least expect it. Campbell not only lost but was dropped too in a fight he was expected to win and look good.

Really? Given the opportunity he'd walk the British title.
