Good post until your hatred of Chandler bubbled to the surface.

Pintor/ Chandler would almost certainly have been an exciting and competitive fight. One of many potentially great unification fights we didn't get in the early 1980s.

    Also,

    Pintor Ko 1 Chandler?

There is absolutely nothing to indicate, based on the records of these two fine warriors, the possibility of this happening unless some fluke.

Once again you've let your emotions interfere with objective analysis.

This would most likely go to the cards.

    Both were extremely durable.

If Chandler effectively utilizes his physical advantages he should win a decision.

If Pintor could get Chandler to fight in the trenches for long stretches he could possibly outlast Jeff. Chandler was adept at infighting but would be well served to box more than brawl in this matchup.

    Spot on!
It would be one of the biggest flukes in boxing history
if this fight ended in 1 rd. I'd bet almost everything I have that wouldn't happen.

I dunno how you watch the Owen fight. I can't.

But yes, Lupe was a superb body puncher.

Ironically against Johnny Owen they fought on the inside the first 5 or 6 rounds, Pintor wasn’t making much impression on Johnny.
It was only when he changed tactics and fought on the outside and mid range that the fight changed.
