The full fight, finally available on youtube (albeit poor quality). How did you have this fight? A very interesting, close affair with a world of difference in approach between the two sluggers. I have no idea how to embed a video here anymore, so here's the link.

Lupe Pintor's 12 round decision victory over Juan "Kid" Meza was at best 1985's #1 runner-up to that years big upset, right behind the upset that was the biggest of all for 85' which was Michael Spinks' 15-round majority decision win over long time reigning world heavyweight champion Larry Holmes for the latters heavyweight title and thus becoming the first ever world lightheavyweight champion to do so.

The funny thing about Pintor's rejuevanted win over the heavily favored Meza was that going into the fight "Kid" Meza was coming off of two consecitive upset wins of his own. His November 3, 1984 nationally televised (CBS Sports)KO1 win over heavy favorite and unbeaten world superbatamweight champion Jaime Garza and his April, 1985 upset knockout victory over the heavily favored Mike Ayala. Strange coincidence!
