Loma is about the only one who could hang with the top in class of 2006. Haven't seen enough of Teofimo Lopez , Devin Haney to rate him. I think the only fighters in 2006 who would have trouble with the class of 2019 would be Rocky Juarez (Loma beats him) Don't know about Vicente Mosquera. Overall 2006 whoops 2019.
