The problem with Cooper has always been he just doesn’t hit hard enough to keep opponents off him. O’Keefe has given everyone the blue print of how to beat him, he’s a decent tactician, but he doesn’t plant his feet often which may be part of the issue with his power.

I am not overly keen on Noakes either. Noakes has been tipped to walk through him, but so far it’s not that easy.

I have a bet on Noakes on points, but you never know.

 

What sort of stoppage was that?

Another TKO win for him, but Noakes looks pretty limited to me.

Reminds me of Lewis Ritson, another one with slow feet, decent power, half decent speed, not quite a pressure fighter or a counter puncher doesn’t really specialise in anything, has a fairly low ceiling, if he is anything like Lewis will struggle when he fights better opposition.

I would imagine he will win some kind of British or commonwealth title, but unless he is showing more in the gym I think that’s his level.

Skeete 1-0. Looked nervous and rusty in the first half of the round but soon got into it and landed the only real punches of the first

He was awful.

 

Skeete 2-0. Slow and cagey round but Skeete did enough. Sheeraz looks slower than I remember him last time out and his footwork is a bit plodding
