Yarde is easy work for Buatsi. I actually thought he was poor. Shot selection, missing, Buatsi would pick him apart.

Performance of the night from Bradley Skeete, who was denied a deserved win by biased and incompetent referee Steve Gray who was too scared to disqualify the house fighter.

The commentators were no better, Richie Woodhall seems to have joined the crowd of sell-outs who will only say what is required to protect their job.

I much prefer the Prince Naseem style of commentary over these brown-nosing types looking to secure a contract.

To be honest, as much as I hate saying this Tyan Booth and John Fury would an improvement on the current crop who are currently frequenting our screens on fight nights.

Hopefully the BBBofC intervene and the result of the Skeete fight is changed, although I can't see it as they're just as corrupt and in the pocket of the promoters.

Good performance from Yarde but I was disappointed in Arthur's performance and I see no reason for a third fight.

 

Don't think Yarde did anything more than I expected him to do.He came out and started the fight pretty much the same as I thought he may do.
Lyndon was disappointing to say the least.
Good win for Yarde...Well done to him. He went away, worked on what he had to do in the rematch and then came back with a game plan he managed to employ.

 

Went to watch the fight live. A lot of people were saying the Arthur stoppage was premature but I don't think so, personally. Sheeraz, despite making Skeete look really good, got the job done eventually. The punch whilst he was on the floor was poor, though.

 

I counted three late punches and the final two were absolutely deliberate. How that isn't a DQ is beyond me.

He's as stiff as a board, is getting unbelievably tight at the weight, isn't a great finisher...

Buatsi and Johnson stop him.

 

Lyndon's contract is now up with QP according to Frank. He will be joining Boxer?

 

His star has faded after that. Terrible performance under the lights.

His boy bugzy malone would have put up a better fight.

 

Apparently Frank had an option to keep hold of him if he won

 

He just got absolutely smashed and then quit. He's never gonna be a title holder and doesn't have very fan friendly style so I think it's more a case of whoever will take him

 

Arthur looked like he'd mentally checked out. He didn't want to be there after about 20 seconds after seeing that Yarde wasn't messing about trying to box him. Their first fight was pretty much behind closed doors with nobody there and in retrospect I think Arthur was much more comfortable with that. With a crowd there the occasion clearly got to him.
