Yes he could make the weight and would be a beast there. He should only move down if Silva retires or is about to retire. There are much more interesting fights at LHW.
Its possible but a lot of guys don't do well cutting weight as they get older. Obviously if he can cut down to 185 without it taking too much toll on the body, he would be the next best after Silva.
