The problem with Eddie is he never should have tried to fight at HW. At the time he knocked out Marvin Johnson, I thought he was the be LH at the time. He had already beat Saad, Johnson, and should have gotten the nod against Galindez. He proved his worth. His problem is he wasn't consistent. This showed by the fact that he didn't try to clean out the division. He destroyed his own momentum and aura of invciblity by going up to HW and losing badly to Snipes.

I thought Muhammad choked against "Galindez & Scott."

Yeah, fighting Snipes at 201 pounds was not a bright idea from Eddie M...

Never saw the Scott fight, but I saw Snipes whoop his ass. He really showed how good his chin was in that fight.

Eddie M. isn't that tall. He looks like a very stretched 6' at best.... And when he tipped in at 201 for Snipes, well, he looked a porker.... Whenever Eddie put weight on, it all went to his girth.....

I thought Galindez beat him, though just barely. Muhamad just wouldn't work in that fight. So damn lazy. A recurrent theme for him, it seems.

Muhammad often wasted time posing and parrying punches rather than get off first, etc...

I had Muhammad winning that fight even with the bizarre point deductions. but you're right he was damn lazy on the offensive though.

Eddie M. Muhammad is gonna have a helluva time to convince IBHOF voters....... In my book, Eddie is close, but no cigar....

I'll vote for Hector Camacho before I do so for Eddie M.....
