Well in terms of the names involved, and the rivalry, Barrera-Morales is on a different level. The skill level demonstrated was also higher particularly the second fight. However, in all honesty I preferred Vasquez-Marquez, just for sheer excitement value as all 3 fights were just brutal all-out wars.
I think any fight between those two would be great and could go either way. I do think they should actually fight someone else and I wouldn't even mind if it's a tomato can. Those two are gonna be out of commission within the next 2 years if they keep fighting each other. Might happen anyway as it is. I would like to see either them fight Juanma or possibly even Johnny Gonzales if he stays at 122. These are not easy fights, but may not be as grueling either.
Exactly. I for one do not want to see them again. Those guys are doing serious damage to each other and I dont like to see my boxers retire brain dead. I think there is plenty of people they could be fighting and making money. There is Caballero which i think would be an easy win for either of them and also a title on the line. Juan Ma which while i tough fight for both i belive both can beat him. Then there is also Molitor. I have not seen him at all but from what i read he is not a serious puncher so thats good for both of them. Ponce is still out there and would also be a war. El travieso wants to move up and face either one. Johny is also there. hell even at feather i see both of them doing damage and taking names. When you put two guys like them in the ring it cant be good for either fighter. They need to go their own separate way.
