What happened to this guy? He's talented, good skill level, looked to be going in the right direction during and after TUF. Lately he just can't buy a win or get it together in the cage. This guy really fell off. Is it just that the UFC is stacked with great competition, even with lower tier fighters that he's losing to? Or was he just not that good to begin with?
Hes good but never was meant to be great. He had a great winning record but that was halted when old man Sakurai blasted him. He went on TUF and he ruled, why wouldnt he sorrounded by trash from all background with little to no MMA skills.
Danzig is a solid fighter but nothing great. Hes more of a guy who will be on the main card of Ultimate Fight Nights as opposed to PPV cards.
Everyone he's lost to is decent. It's not like he's been blown out by scrubs or anything. Also, he's a little small for the 155ers. He should think about 145 in WEC.
