Padded his resume with faded contenders. In some ways, reminds me of ****ey. Seems like he did pack a decent 'wallop'; whiskers not terrible but seemed a little gun shy to move his career along (after Quarry). In my opinion, Ali carried him. Move along folks, nothing in ANY atg catagory to see here.
Ramos wasn't actually that bad, though. He was coming off wins over a faded but still credible Machen and Terrell. As far as easy first title defenses, you could do a lot worse.
