His 'notable' win over Eric Fields was because Fields got dog tired... Fields had 8 first round KO's in his 11 wins before the Afolabi fight and had gone six rounds just once. And Fields' only claim to fame was catching Kelvin Davis coming back from a near paralysis accident.

Plus, Afolabi's other 'notable' win was over a totally washed up Orlin Norris.

Afolabi's slick, elusive and has good talent... but his execution and fundamentals are so bad, it's embarassing...

I think they should just get it over with a chizzle Warren's name on the belt.

 

Afolabi does have some power but it doesn't come naturally. The guy has to put so much into his punches that he often looks unbalanced.

He's pretty slick but too inexperienced at this point, though the talent is obvious.

I did hear a lot of very good things about Ola Afolabi about three years ago, he was supposed to be going places.. I dont know a whole lot about him but i wouldn't judge him so harshly yet !!!

 

I got Ola, but that is because I worked with the guy for three years I always support people I have come to know.
