Maccarinelli exposed as a glass-jawed journeyman

hes not a journeyman or a bum he just lost to supirior fighter
okay he got destroyed
but he still aint no bum or journeyman i can see him winning another title at cruiserweight in the future

 

He was naive. If you get hurt badly take the count. Don't stagger about in a corner like a sitting duck.

 

Enzo's not a 'glass-jawed journeyman', and he could become a CW champion again since Haye is going to move up. Haye drops the WBO title, Warren sets up Enzo vs some guy for the vacant belt, and there's Enzo with a belt again.

He can still have a good career. He is obviously not Haye's level, that's all.

but aside from that he has rather been molly coddled to the title. atsch

always looked a bad match up for enzo.

Enzo was totally destroyed and made to look like a clown.

 

Warren and Maccarinelli backed themselves into a corner with this fight. Warren has just admitted he didn't expect Haye to take the fight, which is why he made the claim about retiring.

I think they then banked on Haye being weight drained and Enzo picking up the pieces against a 70% Haye.....

They didn't want to take this risk.....I'm glad they did though.

 

the guy was there to fight and he got caught 1st by a bomb, should have taken a knee and a 8 count instead of leaning back with his head up but Haye nailed him but Enzo got up after taking some big shots...Haye is a talent and could beat a lot of the top Heavys based on this performance of speed and power but Enzo was there to fight and could still be a factor in the division

I noticed referee in first round shouting break and not wanting to getin the middle I knew form then he wouldn't have guts to step in and he should of stepped in first shot inc orner to give standing count but didn't and Macarinnelli didn't knwo what to do, should of taken the knee and forced referee's hand but Haye has hit downed opponents before he always does it. He's an annoying ****er in post match interviews Klitscko will take his head off Haye waves hands baout like he's Mayweather but doesn't ahev the skills.

 

Haye has always been a much better fighter than Maccarinelli. They only took the fight because they thought Hye was dead at the weight. Maccarinelli, Enzo Calzaghe and Frank Warren have been exposed.

I think he got exposed worse than hatton. Fighting bums all your career doesn't mean you can step in the ring with the exceptional physical talents....you end up ko'd and looking horrible.

 

Completely agree with the person who said that this a pointless thread.

David Haye is far superior in not only power, but with his speed and the quickness of his hands.

Mac will be world champion at CW again.
