He's not a bum! He was in the shape of his life and put in his best ever performance! He was just beaten by a much better man.

He did! His jab was there...his hooks to the body were there...obviously, he couldn't wade in as he did against Gunn, though...

Enzo's best performance to date, while it lasted/

Enco Macc actually looked pretty godd to start with. He looked sharp and was catching Haye with some good shots of his own. It's not like he froze or anything like that.
Enzo was well up for this fight, and brought his "A" game. The reality was that Haye was simply far too good for him. Enzo could have looked really good last night if he was fighting anybody other than David Haye.

There was no stage in that fight where Mac looked good. He was woefully outclassed. And the level that he`d found when he was making his defences of the WBU was wholly apparent. He simply wasnt good enough. I wouldnt fancy him against Mormeck Cunnigham Bell or Huck. The reality is his fought no one at cruiser. Wayne was shot and the rest of his ledger is just nonsense.

I would fancy him against Cunningham and Huck.

Huck did nothing of note when he fought Cunningham. Cunningham also looked poor in that fight.

Agreed, he is no journeyman and I always wonder why people want to call the loser of a big fight a "bum" etc as all that means is that Hayes performance was meaningless. If Haye fought a journeyman and a bum last night then nobody should be giving David any credit as his opponent was worthless.

Totally disagree. Haye was totally respectful about Enzo up until recently. The fact is that Enzo ran his mouth on Setanta whilst covering Haye vs Mormeck. He used the time as a pundit to be a childish and Warren esque twat and talk **** about Hayes performance when the guy had just gone and taken the titles from the man of the division in the other guys backyard.

I had never thought badly of Enzo until that point but it was like reading Warrens petulant and transparent shite in the Sun, Mac came across as ungracious and could barely even bring himself to give credit until the post fight interview with Haye had David admitting he was hurt and his legs had gone, and speaking with respect about Mac.

Cut back to the studio and suddenly Mac looks a little bit embarassed at all the crap he has just been talking now that Haye has spoken well of him and been candid about his difficulties in the fight.

Then once the fight was announced we have had weeks of Enzo Calzaghe talking like a total ****, saying Haye is basically ****, he has got nothing that can remotely trouble Mac, dismissing his belts, and generally talking the most bias, disrespectful **** you can imagine.

It is hardly surprising that Haye has lost all respect for the Mac camp if not Mac himself as a person, he is at the very least entitled to feel like having a "**** you" attitude after all that has been done to needle him, Warren whining like a ***** with PMS about his stubble, writing to the BBBC about the press conference etc.

If you watch the video of Haye after the fight he is clearly quite friendly with Mac backstage and the majority of his animosity is no doubt fuelled by little rat face Enzo and Toad Face Warren.

All the same Mac himself was a dick whilst being a pundit and has had his comeuppance. I am sure he will become a world champ again however and I will happily support him against all the rest; hopefully he goes back to being the old version of himself rather than the one that Ratty and Toady have tried to encourage of basically a gob shite.

Haye is a phenominal puncher who would be able to anybody out. I want to see him fight peter that would be a good fight. Enzo isn't a bum he just got beat of a bloke who was better than him it does happen.

Haye would be too fast for Peter.

Peter is nothing but a fat plodder. His movement would mean he could easily move out of Peters slow lethargic (heavy) hands before they could connect.
