I don't remember the post fight interview, it was over a year ago. I've heard him speak about Haye on numerous occasions since and give him the due credit. Don't see any issues with talking about the mistakes he made in the fight.

Joe and Enzo Calzaghe did not give Haye his dues. I'd have to concede this and thought it was a bit harsh and showed bad sportsmanship. However, as has been said several times, all are entitled to their opinions. Maybe they just genuinely don't rate Haye.

I remember the post fight interview very well as I V+'d it and played it a few times because I literally couldn't believe my ears :rofl:rofl:rofl

Maybe they genuinely don't rate Haye - that is their perogative but you have to ask yourself if they don't rate Haye how do they rate Maccarinelli seeing as Haye walked through him like he was nothing?

Afolabi suckered Maccarinelli into defeat by allowing him to punch himself out, in a rematch Enzo would have a chance of winning I suspect. If he fought David Haye 100 times he'd lose 100 times in the same manner because he was totally out-classed and out-gunned. Just my opinion...

Fair enough. My opinion is that if he fought Haye 100 times he would win 45-50% of the time. Haye is the slightly more intelligent fighter but they have some crucial things in common, awesome punching power and not so awesome punch resistance. Whoever connects cleanly first wins. Last time out it so happened to be Haye

I watched that fight a few times, Haye didn't just connect once :yep

Enzo has always looked decent enough blasting out nobodies but he's always going to fail against the top guys I'm afraid....

I highly doubt he would beat him 999,999 straight times.

I think he would beat Haye at least 99 out of hundred.
So far only his bad luck has prevented his eventual rise to stardom.

well enzo and braithwaite are two pretty good 'names', and how many other good cw names are there? he also clocked eric fields who looked like an all star just one fight prior. he can obviously hold his own with top cws. enzo's crazy if he thinks this was some fluke and he's much better than afolabi

He's refusing to admit to himself that he has a glass jaw, which is why he will lose even to lesser fighters.:yep

Even Fraudley had enough sense to fight timid to protect his china chin.

And he would beat Haye too I guess!!?

British level fighter, in a division thats getting a little better. Lucky to be gifted WBO title fights back to back almost.

Hide would have knocked him cold!:patsch
