Look's like this fight might be happening for the vacant WBO title. What are your thought's? I like Macca. He has decent power and skill's. I don't believe he was 'exposed' like some people seem to think he was by Haye. I just think that Haye is quite special at cruiser and Macca wasn't good enough to beat him. Also, if you leave your chin out like a fool against someone like Haye then you are going to end up dancing like your pissed uncle at a family wedding. I havn't seen much of Banks. He seems ok but appears to have stanima issues. Will have to check out more of him so if anyone has any links to his fight's it would be greatly appreciated.
It's most likely Enzo's best chance of getting a belt back, out of all the opponents he could face out there...if he loses this one then serious questions will need to be asked. Not that Banks is dreadful, even if he was poor in his last fight, but Enzo should be a cut above.
I think Enzo will probably KO him late, and gain SOME credibility. That Banks guy is not very good at all, he has awful stamina, and Enzo's is pretty good despite the manboobs. Banks might look ok early when he has some semblance of speed and boxing ability, but Enzo can fight at a consistent pace and will catch up with him late.
I wonder why they passed over Alekseev as I was pretty sure he was ranked ahead of Banks. Macca beats Banks, Alekseev beats Macca.
Mac will out box him with ease and stop him late. Saw some American poster say in the prospects thread that Banks was the next undisputed Cruiserweight champ and going to be something very special. His bandwagon will be brought to an abrupt halt if he fights Maccarinelli.
Does Banks actually have a bandwagon? Amazing. He looked absolute rubbish against Rossitto in his last fight, he was lucky to get the decision as I had it a draw and would've leaned towards Rossitto if forced to pick a winner. I think Enzo could take Banks out anytime after the 3rd round. Banks would have to land a haymaker early to stop Macca, that's his only chance.
