Foley. Foley beat Machon, whereas Williams and Machon drew. Also good wins against Cooper, Jones, Bonavena, Valdez, Miteff. He lost to Terrel when he was nearing the end, and I guess if you are going with Williams, you can find your triangle argument there. But overall, Foley has more good wins, and not quite as many defeats.
