Macklin could pull out of Barker fight again for IBF Eliminator

    As much as I want to see Macklin-Barker, if Macklin can only do one he should really go for the IBF eliminator. It makes far more sense even if it is a **** move by the IBF.

    As for Barker, hopefully he would be able to get a decent fight as well. There's plenty of decent middleweights out there in Europe.

    He should save Barker for another day. Middleweight has become wide open, they could both be fighting for world titles in the next 12 months?

    Barker is the bigger fight money wise though. Guess it depends what Frank is promising the winner.

    looks like macklin has missed out.

    macklin vs barker - i really want to see this.

    fair play to Macklin if he turns down an eliminator for this.

    it said in an irish sunday newspaper that if the barker fight gos ahead instead of the ibf eliminator and macklin beats barker he would get the winner of pirog-jacobs for the wbo strap
