    I thought it was for the prestigious WBO Inter-Continental title regardless?

    It really just shows how far out their way they go to cherrypick these guys.

    I like Macklin, hope he does well. The card is good but needs a decent headline fight to be ppv worthy.

    I wouldn't trust either site, Boxrec likes to jump the gun in order to be first announcing 'phantom fights'. Notwithstanding that, seeing as Colombia isn't in the Commonwealth, I'd say its probably not a Commonwealth title fight.

    I like macklin too.Just think he's the worst managed/promoted domestic fighter we've got.Pokes his head up in a high profile fight, then goes missing again for years.Times running out fast for him imo, despite his age !

    They do mate. They have a thing for being first to announce a fight, so they just announce any old rumour sometimes and hope it turns out to be right. I always look for another source where boxrec and future fights are concerned.
