It's not as if Macklin has any technical ability anyway, funny comments.

Macklin is Macklin..... Never gonna be a sugar or a mayweather is he?! His best bet would be a Kevin rooney type who has previous with come forward fighters to try and employ head movement! Because there's no way buddy will help him with his style .... He is what he is, won't become a technical fighter in one camp... Impossible!

 

What actually makes that comment a little bit more of a kick in bollocks for Joe is fact his wife nearly walked out on him due to his obsessive workrate. Some things are best off not being said. Joe's a committed trainer, a lot of guys struggle to find a trainer as intense as Joe.
