    Why would he want to fight for the IBO when he is close to fighting for a real world title? He holds a better title in the European.

    Probably it would be a decent fight but unfortunately it wont happen because he has a fight with Dimitry Pirog in January. Why is the IBO so big in oz there seems to be a lot of holders of that belt is it recognised down under?

    Macklin should fight Pirog or Gevor next. He needs to beat this level of opponent before he steps up.

    Pirog, impressive and unbeaten, if not with the pedigree of Gevor.

    Looks that way......AUST has a very active IBO Asia /Pac president.....but if it good enough for Pac Man, Wlad and Dawson why not a few aussies as well ?
