A few things about last nights fight: 1) Anne Wolfe is underrated as a trainer . . . the bond that she has built with JK has pushed him to the next level. 2) Who knew James could actually box? He not only beat up AA but he thoroughly outboxed him! 3) Both guys showed tremendous heart! Plus AA is one of the toughest SOBs around. 4) I really do not see anyone standing in there with JK at JMW right now. Canelo needs a little more seasoning. Cotto really has not been the same since his beat down by the brickmaster. The brickmaster without his bricks is nothing more than a punching bag. JCC is overrated. I am not saying that Kirkland cannot be beat but I would have him at least a slight favourite over all these guys. 5) AA corner should have stopped the fight well before the ref got in there. Its a beating like that not only shortens careers but also lifsepans and quality of life. I would love to see a rematch but angulo needs time to recover and a few fights to rebuild. I liked both guys pre KT prison stint and I would also favour him in a rematch. BUT a rematch would be a better fight, AA would train harder but I still think James still outboxes him and breaks him down. Hats off to both men for taking this challenge. This fight would never had happen without kirklands KO lose. James had something to prove and AA's handler's mistakenly thought james was easy pickin's and an another name that they could add to his resume
