Really close call.Both have a identical chances for victory. But i'd go with Madrimov,IMO he won by decision,maybe majority or split.
Good fight if it happens. Both are legit top 10 guys. Madrimov is rated a bit higher than he should be. Bohachuk a bit lower. The winner should be rated just right. This is where Turki adds some real value to the sport. Fights like this don't get made without his involvement.
Great match up. I think Madrimov might be able to land the right hand more frequently on Bohachuk but I also think Bohachuk can make this an uncomfortable fight for him as well. Could go either way. I’d like to see that fight co-headline with Terence Crawford vs Vergil Ortiz Jr.
Instinctively I would say Madrimov, however after giving it some thought I am leaning towards Bohachuk. It will be interesting to see how Madrimov squares up to Bohachuks size, power and unrelenting pressure and volume; in this respect Madrimov has not faced anyone with Bohachuk's attributes in his pro career.
I'd favour Madrimov but I feel it could be one of those matchups where you have one guy who is more athletically gifted and skilled vs another who is deceptively good and much more difficult to fight when you're in there with him than you would assume they were from the eye test
I think Madrimov will have learned more from his close affair with Bud than all other 11 combined before that. Great fight but think Madrimov will be too hard for Bohachuk to pin down
