    I believe he had about 40 amateur fights which is not bad these days.

    He's got alot better and clearly has a bit of talent but won't do much on the domestic scene imo.

    I really can't believe these stories we seem to hear about fighters getting chinned in pubs, you seem to hear them all the time and I'm pretty sure a normal guy wouldn't have a chance of knocking out a top pro in the street.

    Novice champion and boxed for a good few years the year I won the North West novice championship he won it at the weight above. He was meant to be fighting at my weight and I was meant to be boxing him. He must have had at least 40. No major championships granted but he was on the scene at least 2 years before me.

    He actually had 22 amateur fights..... according to his brother's book.
