2/7/13 Did some tough competitive sparring tonight, did well considering feeling under the weather...can't wait to shake this crap and hit it hard again..
2/10/13 Time to start digging in again, not 100% over the sickness/congestion, but it is much better. 2 mile run in 13:47 (treadmill at home) More to come later. Didnt even realize that is a record time as of this training log, one of the good reasons to do this...to see progress.
2/12/13 Tough sparring again tonight, more rounds and better performance this time, from me and the guy I was working with.
2/13/13 Little strength training routine.. 5 Minutes on elliptical to warm up 10 One legged squats each leg (holding pole for assistance) 15 Burpees 15 Lunges with 30 lb dumbells, than 10 with 40s, than 10 with 35s 8 Pull ups Bench Press 10 x 115 20 High steps each leg on to bench Repeated three times, damn I am weak, haha.
2/14/13 Went to the boxing gym, was the only one who showed up, guess Valentines Day is a day off to the other guys 2/15/13 Run on treadmill at home, 20:55, 3 miles
