Another thirty seconds in the fifth and Romanov would have quit. Those flurries are crushing his spirit.

edit: and he does just that, on his stool! RTD5!

Romanov quits, and rightfully so. He had no fight in him.
Frankly speaking, he had no business being in that ring!

Time to think about finding a new career, because when you're getting dominated by Yunovidov, that's just sad.

Hard to believe he's the same guy that knocked out Wilder and outpointed Tervel Pulev in the amateurs.

If he continues in the pros he's going to devolve into tomato can status and embark upon long KO loss slumps very quickly. Not like his career was ever really going anywhere in the first place - before Zhāng all Romanov had to show for an eight year campaign was victories over a washed as hell Bakhtov, washed as hell Liakhovich and washed as hell (and didn't belong at HW, and Romanov didn't even drop him) Kudryashov. :nusenuse:

Someone take over, I'm tired as hell and I need a nap. I know I'm going to miss the main event, but oh well... I can barely keep my eyes up.

Depending on how quickly they get it underway, the main event might overlap with the pro debut of this kid Atang they're hyping up as the next best thing on the UK card... will see what I can do.

Had Kudryashov not fought scared for 90% of the match he would have knocked him out too. Remember that 10th round? Kudryashov battered him from beginning to end and had him ready to go.

He aged out of the sport. Dude was already in his early 30s when he made his pro debut.

Kurbanov pissing me off with this drawn-out "Circle of Life" ring entrance. I've got stuff to do, let's go!

    WAR SOSULIN!!!! :ibutt

(yes, I'm that petty...had zero rooting interest here just five minutes ago :sisi1)

Edge in handspeed evident from the beginning for Sosulin.

Both men out behind their high guards, jabbing. Lots of jabbing.
Sosulin much more active, and lands a few combinations too. Kurbanov takes a step back, and takes a more methodical approach. Comes on strong in the last minute with solid power punches. Sosulin responds with a combination.

    1-0 Sosulin
