Charr working the body, while the ref is wrestling with Pulev. They trade a little bit late. Charr lands a shot after the bell.

    He warned Pulev several times every round, yet it achieved nothing. Pulev kept holding behind the head whenever he felt like it.
    The ref was as incompetent as could have been.
