Both Mahyar Monshipour and Israel Vazquez were champs around the same time between 2005 and 2006. It would have been absolutely epic had they both fought, perhaps before their FOTY bouts took place. I honestly wish boxing fans had a chance to see these two face off while they were both title holders.
