question, why could the man with the 17 pound weight advantage not humiliate floyd then. Does, that not tell you something about madainas capabilities?

Yes I do Anywhere but Vegas Maidana would have got the decision
Floyd hasn't got the balls to give any opponent an even break

Why shouldn't Maidana fight dirty? There no bigger sleazebag cheater than Floyd. Why isn't he ever called on his elbow smashes ? Ducking below opponents waist also illegal. Uses painkilling injections in his hands.. illegal in other states. Don't worry I will be watching Kenny Bayless closely so will a lot of others. He needs to have the balls Tony Weekes showed but will he do a Cortez job?? Time will tell

Marcos did humiliate Floyd You heard Floyd whine "I'm cut I'm bleeding I cannot see Daddy " :|:| Laying on that bed afterwards whining "He fought dirty he butted me ":| :|
This is BOXING Floyd you don't mind dishing out elbow smashes do ya??? Stop your incessant whining & try to fight like a man just for once in your life:hi::hi:

A plan B? He doesn't even have a plan A.... Has he learned what a jab is, yet? No? What about punching straight, sometimes, instead of slappy those flabby arms? Neither? Classic Maidana...

Floyd has spent his entire life creating a defense for straight punches. Maidana's looping punches help him against the shoulder roll.

I cant believe you're on a boxing forum and dont know this.

    Translation

Why shouldn't Maidana fight dirty? I mean he's in with the best boxer in the world and has no chance of beating PBF in a actual boxing match. The only thing he can do is to out weigh PBF by almost 18 pounds on fight night and make it into a foul filled street fight. By low blowing head butting holding and hitting behind the head just to even come close.

    Now that made laugh:rofl
Floyd is difficult to catch with a flush shot to the face....Well Cotto busted his nose and it distracted him for a few rounds...Maidana needs to work Floyd's body and also go for a cut....target above the eye or hell close up one of his eyes:!:

I like this rematch and hope it goes full force but Maidana does indeed need a better plan than just throwing a million punches and hoping one lands flush. Win or lose Maidana has FINALY gotten the respect of most fans.

It is so easy to point out his low times at 140 but at 147 the little Bulldog has more bite than ever before bro:smoke

there's really no blueprint on how to beat floyd besides smother him and that's what maidana is going to try to do. the only way to beat floyd is if u throw 100+ punches a round for the whole fight, but most fighters aren't capable of that. floyd by UD

No plan B required, KO is the only way of winning. Swing, swing and swing some more.

Just the idea of Maidana even attempting to devise a 'plan b' makes me chuckle.

He will do what he always does...stampede his opponent and throw as much of whatever he can at him. If that doesn't work, his fallback position will be...stampede his opponent and throw as much of whatever he can at him.

I couldn't say I have an idea as to what Mayweather will do differently this time around but I can't help but suspect that poor Maidana is in for a total mugging. I wouldn't be surprised to see Maidana dropped once or twice, on his way to being on the wrong end of a very wide UD.
