I thought the same thing while watching the All Access.... It appears he is preparing for the Floyd of the 1st fight, thinking he will have him on the ropes and will just have to be more judicious with his punches based on their talk. If that's the case he may be in for a surprise from FLoyd.....he is just too cagy!!! If he can get in some clean flush shots on Floyd early it could set the tone. I can see Floyd in center of ring pushing Maidana back and peppering him with sucker right crosses all night!!! Will be interesting to see their strategy!
Im willing to bet that Marco falls through the ropes three times this fight. Maybe into the commentators lap ,he's training to come in light and throw more punches and i see this guy gassing after 3 rounds ,which is why he wants Floyd to stand in front of him like the first fight.
hell when was the last time floyd came close to knockin anyone through the ropes not named ms jackson!!! i would be shocked if floyd did that to maidana.
People like him are the reason Floyd is a 9-1 favorite despite respected boxing journalists scoring the first fight close.
floyd better work on his power. maidana had no respect for floyds punches and has said several times that floyd doesnt punch all that hard. he is not going to be afraid of charging in throwing punches and thats what floyd cant handle, he can dodge the first couple of shots but theres a couple more right on top of those. if maidana comes in better condition, the volume of punches alone could cause floyd serious problems.
You didn't get what I was saying ,falling through the ropes doesn't have to have a punch thrown. You will see that Marco is off balance and does misses a lot if you knew anything about this sport you would had known what I was talking about. I would have said Floyd would knock him out the ring 3 times ,but i said i see him falling through the ropes three times ...dudatsch
Still one of the dumbest predictions I have ever read. You act like Maidana is a brainless brawler with no agility or balance. I doubt a fighter like that takes multiple rounds off "the best ever."
According to that logic, Devon Alexander is TBE. He didn't lost a single round against Slappydana. Oh, and Khan, too, is better than Floyd. He lost less rounds AND he knoccked him down in the very first round. Let's not lie to ourself, Maidana is a bum and the first fight was a cherrypicking gone wrong. Floyd is less good that his homo***ual stalkers pretend him to be.
I'm pretty sure Maidana has plan A, B, C, D and E ready, but it all comes down to the same. This content is protected ttack, attack, attack! This content is protected ashing Floyd's face in!
