I get that Khan won the fight and everything, but I don't understand why people are so upset about Maidana (or whoever is speaking for him) acting "classless." Khan runs his mouth about as much as anyone in the sport, and I don't really think his rubbish about not being hurt in the 10th round is very classy either. Maidana was the one who appeared to make adjustments as the fight went on, being able to better time Khan's jabs and movement. I don't think it's outlandish then for him to think he would pull it off in a rematch.

Similarly, while this Ali guy looks like a bit of a tool in those pictures, I don't really care since the fight was instigated by Aziza, a guy who clearly is a tool.

Of course not. But what is outlandish, are the butt-hurt posters, who prior to this fight being announced, were convinced Khan was afraid of Maidana and would be knocked out. Since then they have been proved wrong, but they still continue to invent excuse after excuse, claiming Khan is still afraid of Maidana and would have his glass-jaw broken.

I dont see how Khan can get slagged off for the maidana fight yes he was in trouble in the tenth but as much trouble as maidana in the first? He controlled many of the rounds but did get caught out a few times when he let his heart rule his head which resulted in one of the best fights of the year.

He should be entitled for his next match up to be a keep busy fight and when/if he beats the winner of Alexander/Bradley he could look at a maidana rematch before he moves up 7 pounds

Pacquiao: "So you're telling me, he hit your toilet-paper chin with his best shots, and still couldn't knock you down?"

Khan: "Bro, that's exactly what happened!"

Khan ate most of the shots in the 12th. Two late flashy flurries isn't enough to win the round when you spend the rest of it losing and taking the better shots.

This was not a Leonard-Hagler case where it was a close round up until a late flurry.

Aziza or do you mean Ariza?

Ariza did not instigate the fight, he was responding to an off hand remark about his fighters by one of the people in Maidana's camp.

That is a picture from the 11th Round. You know...the one that comes after the 10th?

Maidana didn't just have 1 round to finish off Khan, he had THREE. The 10th, the 11th and the 12th.

But if there's one thing Khan showed in that fight is that he is a warrior, who never stops coming, even if he gets hit :hi:

Mayweather: "And when my boy, Khan, hit him in the body, he was rolling on the floor like this!"
