Maidana is a sloppy boxer

    he didn't make him stop, he just told him if he wasn't gonna throw it fast not to throw it or he'd get countered

    Maidana's unconventional style could at least put some pressure on Mayweather. He's to slow though to really have a chance against Mayweather.

    As a sidenote, I noticed in both Maidana's fights with Broner and Khan that he gets to anxious to finish a fight when he hurts an opponent.
    He starts to load up and his punches become wider making it easier for the hurt opponent to see his punches coming.
    If he would have took his time and not gotten wider with his punches, he's have stopped both Khan and Broner imo.

    You're absolutely right. Maidana throws his punches that way by design. It wasn't all Broner being exposed but rather Maidana being recognized.
