i don't like adrien broner and i think there are a couple of fighters at 147 who would beat him(thurman) but maidana isn't one of them, maidana's last 2 wins at 147 have come against lopez and karass who are gatekeepers of that division. he's just shown he's better then gate keeper level. Broner will bully him and stop him. and i agree with you people tend to overrate maidana he'll get beat by most of the real names at 147.

 

Maidana has improved a lot. If he lands on Broner, Broner will go down.

 

I have visions of Broner doing the chicken dance.
I expect him to outbox Maidana in the early rounds, but maidana always finds the target, and it will be interesting to see how Broner reacts.
If Broner gets brave i only see one outcome.
The fact remains, Broner couldn't stop Paulies ghost, and Paulies ghost cannot punch.

And Broner was coming up effectively 2 weight classes. Actually 3 he only had 2 fights atLW, to come up to welterweight from basically 130 and beat a legit top 10 guy is a very big accomplishment.

 

Maidana won't be able to take the shots Malinaggi took.

I doubt if Maidana can beat Malinaggi.

What a dumb post! Paulie isn't there to be hit uses movement on top of that he fights smart behind a jab and is tough as nails. On the other hand Maidana is there to be hit is slow has no jab and is limited. Broner eats guys like Maidana for lunch they're tailor made for him. Learn something about the sport and how to analyze styles or log off.

 

This will be a great fight if they put it together, Maidana has improved a little since working with Garcia, But Broner has too many tools to choose from and speed has given Maidana fits in the past.
Khan was able to hurt Maidana to the body and was able to out box him and too me Khan isnt really a fluid boxer. Broner will wind up getting a decision over Maidana in a great fight it will be close not dominant but clear and close for Broner

 

its not as if broner is hard to hit though is it...
