Broner has a good chin, he got clocked by clubfighters for 10-12 rounds and while hes got no skills and evidently couldn't do **** about getting hit flush in the head by clubfighters, he took it and Maidana couldn'nt KO Amere Con... Maidana fought for 12 agasinst Kotelnik in 2008.. these times are long gone..
is there no end to the posters here willing to embarrass themselves with these poorly thought out prediction threads?
Maidana hurts guy, you can see it when he connects, and as for Khan, he was one of the top fighters in the world on top form at that point, Broner isn't at the heights Khan was. Maidana actually did himself proud for giving Khan a scary 12 round fight despite being put down HARD in the first via bodyshot and many didn't think he would get up from it
I want to see Broner beat as bad as the next guy, but i agree with what you said. I think Maidana is actually kind of fragile.
Really? Have you seen Amir Khan boxing as a 16/17 years old in the Olympics and World Championships? What is Broners highest achievement? Name an achievement of his. Amatuer or Pro that beats Khans? His last fight was Malignaggi, who Khan beat the **** out of for 11 rounds and is much better than Broner. Even Malignaggi admits this
Getting hit by Reese, Demarco and Malignaggi wont prepare you for the Power that Maidana possesses. I watched the Karass and Josesito fight and the pain on both guys faces lets you know how serious it is.....Broner will be on his bike midway through the fight and Maidana will bully him against the ropes and beat the Brakes off him.
Khan doesn't really have the ability that Broner has imo. But at the same time, Khan had a freakishly good night Vs Maidana. Maidana doesn't get credit for his power at times. I'd insert a pineapple rectally to see Maidana put Broner away.
khan has benefited from favorable match making since getting ko'd by prescott. sure, his win over paulie was more impressive...but styles make fights. i'm willing to bet broner looks much better against maidana than khan did. it's just one of those things. u've never seen broner hurt the way khan has been hurt repeatedly. silver medalist or not....his boxing skill isn't on par with broners. when it's all said and done, i believe broner will accomplish more in the pros than khan has. only time will tell. and if they ever should face each other...broner beats khan.
