Maidana rejects Khan fight for July 31st!

Calling out the winner of a fight that hasn't even happened doesn't prove anything, talk is cheap as they say.

Why didn't he call Bradley out for a July fight if he wanted the winner?

 

I see past past my hate and you need to see past your love. Khan offered and fight to a guy who is either injured or is having serious problems in his camp and is not fighting anytime soon because of it. And Khan and his people know this so why OH WHY even offer him the guy anyway?? Because you know he wont or cant accept it and it makes them look better?

Bradley was scheduled to fight Abregu originally but pulled out to fight Maidana, when Maidana pulled out he went back to his original opponent.

So we know from that that Bradley doesn't value the Abregu fight too highly if he was willing to pull out of it to fight Maidana, with Khan being a bigger draw than Maidana I think it's fair to assume that he would pull out of this fight if Khan made him an offer.

So why didn't he make him an offer since he's called him out previously?

The answer to that is pretty obvious, the fight in July is just a keep busy fight and he's got no intention of picking one of the top fighters at 140 as an opponent at such short notice, Freddie Roach has said as much himself which means no offer to Bradley, no offer to Alexander when he was offering to fight anyone a few weeks back and it's why nobody is taking his offer to Maidana at such short notice seriously knowing that he's already pulled out of a fight already for that month.

 

If they didnt know about his camp problems then they thought he was injured either way it was pointless to offer Maidana a fight knowing he wont accept it and just so Khan can say he did want to fight him which is still questionable because they offered him a fight they knew was going to get turned down because of the issues involved at the time.

And if you do feel that the only way to see the truth it to wait and see what Khan does in the fight after this then you shouldnt make threads claiming Maidana is ducking Khan when its clear that he is not going to fight for a while because of his problems.
