When that shot landed this was the first thing that came to my mind aswell what lead up to the shot was different but that punch in question is fundamentally the same shot.

Pacquiao fainted and got countered leaning in trying to throw a shot.
Mayweather tried to do his famous pull counter and leaned into a hard counter right.

Pacquiao got KO'd but Mayweather was definetley hurt he just has a good pokerface.

I actually think Maidana may have hurt him more than Mosley, after the second shot from Mosley, Mayweather was back pressing the action by the end of that rd vs Maidana it looked like Floyd took off rd 4 to recover.

Yeah, but but Pacquiao vs Marquez was a WAR folks. And in WAR people get put to sleep.
Could i say Maidana vs Mayflower was a war? of course not. Floyd was running, holding, ducking, whinging, running, clinching, bending, running and holding.I saw Floyd on episode 2 running around midnight 12 mile roadwork. Now I know why. :rofl

It doesn't work like that at all. Have you even seen Pac's fights vs JMM before? JMM has landed many flush shots and Pac and vice verse. He's landed the same shot in other fights, it just didn't KO Pac. Mayweather takes one good shot and he's some iron chinned guy. Pac and other fighters have taken many of them during the same fight. Seriously. Taking one good shot means ****.

You should know the difference, Pacquiao was going in for the kill as it made more impact that Marquez connected against Pacquiao.

Now........... Look at Mayweathers position when Maidana landed that punch.

    NO COMPARISON. :deal:deal:deal:deal:deal:deal

Marquez punch had way more power. Heres the evidence - Maidana couldnt even knock out queen khan, thats how much of a big puncher he is

Please STOP comparing Floyd to Pac. Floyd has vanadium steel chin. Pac's is made of china. 47-0 v 3 KTFO!

It was the same punch but Marquez definitely landed better and Pac coming in with all that commitment amplified the impact. But i said the same thing after Miadana landed that shot. It was the same punch marquez sparked Manny with.
